Recurring Income: Hosting Reselling
Pay Rs.1,200/year for hosting, charge the client Rs.8,000/year for "hosting and maintenance." This is a fair price — you are managing their technical infrastructure. At 20 clients: Rs.160,000/year in passive hosting income.
